UNCLE Sam`s in Phoenix

As usual the food is very good. Ariana was very attentive and was very nice. They were out of wheat bread, it seems to be a regular thing when we order, no wheat bread. There were 3 of us and all ordered different things. My wife and daughters order came out as ordered but mine didn't get the extra mayo put on, as a matter of fact it was completely dry, no mayo. They brought mayo out and I added it myself. All in all it was enjoyable and Ariana was really good. We'll be back, who knows, maybe they'll have wheat bread.....

I would give a 0 if I could. In town from Colorado came to try something new. Ordered the special of 13 wings and 10 inch pizza. Debbie said it would be ready in 15 minutes. So we went across the street to get a drink and came right back in 5 minutes. A young lady was standing outside with what she said was our order. We leave and get back to our room which was 15 minutes away and realize we have a 20 piece and fried zucchini. So we call and tell them we have the wrong order and they say they have our order ready but we want our food to be fresh cause we are 15 minutes away. We get back to Uncle Sam’s and our pizza is reheated and all the meat is burnt but Paul is the manager on duty and tell us they don’t give refunds and the owner isn’t available. So we are stuck with reheated pizza and wings.

If you order sweet peppers or pepperoni specify on the side or you will get a wet sandwich

Good memories of this place were completely founded. Food is still great, as is the service. Only wish they had more locations but well worth it.

BEST FREAKING CHEESE STEAK IN PHOENIX !!!!! After moving back to the valley after living on the east coast, finally found a decent cheese steak. Nice bun, great amount of seasoned meat. got the half it was bigger than other guys whole. Only bad thing no cheez whiz.

Extremely disappointed on the quality of our foods that was way overpriced lunch. My meal consisted of a small lunch salad, tea and very bland dry wings that cost $17.00. For this price I expected a lot more. (The other 2 in my group got meatballs and they couldn't finish their lunch because the meatballs were bland and dry and way overpriced.) We told our waitress about our unhappiness and displeasure about our poor quality meals. It is my opinion, the waitress should have contacted the manager herself, apparently she did not.

Very disappointed. I ordered their large philly cheesesteak through grubhub. It was cold, but that probably wasnt their fault. I have photos, but I'm not sure where to post them. Tinfoil has a paper lining that they wrap the cheesesteak in. The paper sticks to the food. It took a while to pick it all out. In addition, I paid for extra cheese, and there just isnt much cheese at all. I also ordered it with mayo, and the roll was bone dry. The steak was really fried out. Not sure if it was old or over cooked. The steak was actually stuck together as if they didnt chop it up good. It is simply a poorly made sandwich with no flavor.Not recommended

The prices for what you get here are INSANE. I've been a couple times since they have such great reviews and figured maybe I'd try different items but nope, still very small portions for the price. They do serve French dressing for their salads which is hard to find anymore. The staff have always been good.It's hard to support small businesses when you can get more for your money elsewhere.

The food is really good! Great pizza and wings. I love their white pizza!! They're always welcoming and friendly when you call or go in!

Awesome atmosphere! Super friendly staff! Delicious food! My order got a little messy while being cooked and they offered to remake it. The chef came out and apologized. They gave me the messy one as well as a new fresh one to go. I highly recommend going. Will definitely be back

It's really important that everyone knows this manager illegally charges his employees for broken items by taking funds out of their pay checks. Disgraceful actions.

I drove 5 miles to get a Italian beef. Had my palette set for it. I got home with sandwich in hand. Excited I was going to have one. To my disappointment, it was a HAM sub sandwich. Being very hungry, I ate it, it was good but not what I ordered. Beef is not pink it's brownish.

Sure wish they'd open up just a little place so I can get my weekly wings n zucchini...love this place but getting to be a trip to get there....

Ordered wings with extra sauce and came dry. Waitress had to bring extra sauce. Happens every time. No blue cheese for wings. Owner doesn't care. I've complained several times. Live right down the street and would come here all the time if he would listen to customer. My daughter ordered a salad and it sat in window so long it was determined to be old but they served it to her anyway. Employee came later and apologized but we were leaving at that point. Service lately is meodacure at best.

Food and service was great. You have to wear a mask from door to your table but that is no big deal. They sat us using social distancing.

Went to this place for the first time in 15 years. I always used to go and stopped for some reason. Its exactly the same. Awesome pizza's, love it!

Had the displeasure of being here today. My boyfriend and I placed our orders, which were fairly simple, and we were just chilling when we hear the kitchen staff yelling about having to make our food and how they are gonna make us wait extra. Also used profanity to describe my order. It honestly made me feel super uncomfy about the people handling my food. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant ever. Do not recommend. If you are thinking of eating here, don't. Just don't.

Best place for suicide wings, pizzas and this huge long meatball sub it's 3-5ft long I have no idea what it's called but it only lasts a day in our house. Sooooo good leftovers... Just heat it in the toaster oven mmm which makes the bread nice and crispy.i haven't tried all the menu but I really want to try everything eventually. I moved here about a year ago from the east valley so I love supporting local businesses. These people giving one stars ha! What a joke! I don't know what's wrong with them. I've always been treated with respect ever time I call and pick up an order. I love Uncle Sam's.
